Timetable for Clinical Staff

Routine appointments can be booked by dialling the appointments line on 01634-240296 These lines are often very busy at peak times ( 8:30am- 10.00am, 2pm-3:30pm) We do not have the capacity of a call centre, at peak times we have a maximum of 4 receptionists anwering the telephones. The calls are dealt with as quickly as we can. Please try to avoid peak times when at all possible especially, when making an appointment with the nurse, phlebotomist, or health care assistant.

^{Please remember that patients will only be able to see their usual GP unless he/she is unavailable due to any reason. Further the nurses are trained to treat minor illnesses and patients should seek to see a nurse for such conditions this gives the doctors more time to deal with complex medical conditions. Some of the ailments the nurses can deal with are as follows:}

^{Boils, abscesses, cellulitis and skin infections}

^{Contraceptive Pill check and emergency contraception}
