Extended Hours
We now have a late evening surgery between 18:30 and 20:00 on Monday and Tuesday evenings. All appointments are pre-booked with your usual doctor. After 18:30 there will be just one receptionist on duty, who will not be able to deal with routine enquires, you will have to contact the surgery during normal working hours.
The receptionist will be able to book follow up appointments for patients who are seen during the late surgery, but she will not be able to book appointments for the next day, as this would be unfair to the patients who telephone for an appointment at 08:30 in the morning.
If you are able to come along to the surgery during normal working hours, please do so in order to save these appointments for people who find it difficult to attend during the day. When Bank Holidays fall on a Monday or Tuesday we will provide an alternative late evening surgery during the same week.
