Planned clinical system upgrade

Clinical system upgrade January 2021

Snodland medical practice will be undergoing a full clinical system upgrade in January 2021.

This means that routine non urgent services will be limited during this time.

We are asking our patients to please order your repeat medication as soon as possible and no later than 10^th January 2021.

The clinical system will be off line on 13^th January and there will be intermittent disruption up until 21^st January 2021.
