If you have a comment, suggestion or problem accessing or navigating our service please send me a message I will look into it.

This may not be on the same day, but I will endeavour to answer all patient enquires within 10 working days.

Formal complaints that require investigation may take a little longer, but we always aim to resolve any complaint within 4 weeks.

How patients can help:

If you have a suggestion following a telephone encounter, please include the telephone number you have called from and the date of the call.

We politely ask that patients do not post comments on social media. These comments increase other patients' anxiety and are at times inaccurate.
